Local women’s online forum and lifestyle site CozyCot.com pays tribute to 100 ordinary women in Singapore, in commemoration of International Women’s Day.
“We are singling out women who are ‘champions’ in their own way, showing true passion and grit in their lives, real women of Singapore, ”- Nicole Yee, Founder and CEO of CozyCot. CozyCot has chosen women from all walks of life, these include but are not limited to, passionate animal advocates, successful engineers, humanitarian workers and dedicated mothers who silently work long hours to raise their families.
The following women were nominated by family, friends and colleagues, as well as by CozyCot, with one or more of the following attributes:
1. Contributed significantly to their family, or others.
2. Demonstrated passion and drive for the enhancement of a cause.
3. Undergone a challenging experience to obtain her goal.
4. Shown passion in her career, and the interesting nature of her job
