"Firstly, I must give thanks and say that I am truly blessed to be able to do what I love to do dearly in my career. It would be difficult to mark how successful I am at inspiring others but I will continue to persevere (on many levels) no matter how many times I fail. So having that depth, that love and passion for the work that I do, will give me the ammunitions from all potential failures.

I love to share my ideas with as many people as possible and allow them to grow and influence beyond my initial thoughts. In my role as a business owner, thinking big is not only about inspiring more people, but it is also about the impact you have on each person. Thinking big about the positive impact I might have and this will give me a much better chance of leaving some kind of impression even if it is just one taker, I have still helped them!

Passion is something you must have and should be willing to express it if you really want to inspire others. You can gain a lot of influence just by publicly expressing that you are excited and passionate about a topic. You make it much harder to inspire others if you are boring and unenthusiastic. Expressive passion is contagious - You'll get people wondering why you love what you love so much."
