Full Coverage Application

by: Sai Sayson

Many women rely on their powder, blush and lipstick as their makeup. Not all of us know that in order for you to best wear your makeup on is for you to have a good makeup base or foundation. In this video, I’ll be showing you the basics of applying your makeup base. Don’t be afraid! It’s as easy as A-B-C! All you need is your foundation, concealer and pressed powder. Are you ready?

For the foundation, I used elf’s Tinted Moisturizer in Apricot Beige. I have a medium skin tone so this shade is perfect for me.

As for my concealer, I used elf’s Tone Correcting Concealer also in the shade of Apricot Beige. You don’t have to use the same shade in this video though. Always remember that you have to match your foundation or concealer to your actual skin tone. Foundation and concealer acts as your agents in creating an illusion of an even skin tone. Of course, you have to set your foundation and concealer by applying your favourite loose powder. You can use any brand of loose powder. If you don’t have a loose powder, your pressed powder will do that job.

You can use other cosmetics brands if you want. It’s just that I use elf products a lot since I find their formulation perfect for my skin type. Now you’re all set! After doing these three easy steps, you should now be ready to apply your eye shadow, blush and lipstick!
