How to keep yourself Happy.

While each new day presents many challenges for many of us here, it is important that we keep a smile on our faces. No matter how bad things get, it’s always important to have a smile on your face.

 

If there are things beyond your control, then take a deep breath and walk away from it all for a few moments before returning to try and solve the problem. Anger and panic clouds the mind and never helps to solve any problem.

 

If you’re ticked off at someone, then its best you walk away from it all and countdown from ten, taking deep breaths with each count – if that doesn’t work, try walking backwards. If you’re the type who gets appeased by food easily, then take the opportunity today to eat on what you like, but make sure you make it, so you’re fully aware of what you’re putting into the dish. If there’s someone you’re not pleased with, remember that head-first confronting the person will not help you.

 

If there is something bigger bothering you, consider confronting the problem but in a smart way. Think of how you can attend to the issue from different angles.

 

Whatever you do remember to keep a smile on your face, and always know that there is never just one route that you can take. Never fear, because there are always different options to take.
