
Inevitably, Monday arrives again. For those of you who have not had the opportunity to work in an amazing office like ours, Mondays can be dreary. Instead of waxing lyrical about how much you miss the weekend, why not embrace this week in a positive way in a brand new change – starting with your body.
Some of you may read this and puff - pfft, easier said than done. The truth is, yes, it is going to be quite an uphill task, but the results will be so rewarding! Taking the first step to amazing physical change starts with what you put in your mouth – if you’re reading this considering what to have for lunch or dinner, consider something with soup or salads. The trick is to stock up on loads of fibre or (healthy) liquids so that you don’t get hungry easily. If you’re the type who just has to have something in their mouth, consider fruits, nuts and granolas. Drink plenty of water for beautiful skin and so you don’t get dehydrated.
Diets don’t necessarily mean starving; it can mean delicious yet nutritious meals.
If you already made an unhealthy choice for lunch today, don’t give up! Start again tomorrow. You’re beautiful, so eat healthily to give that extra glow to your natural beauty.
