
A good Monday to all Cotters! If it’s Monday Blues you’re having, fret not – the weekend is just four days away! Do little things that will get you excited about today. Eat a good lunch – if you live in a city like Singapore, it’s almost impossible not to find anything good to eat in the vicinity. Or if you don’t feel like spending – save! Save up for that mighty awesome hair cut you can get this weekend. If none of the above appeal to you, why not consider making a bento? It’s cheap and depending on what you want to make, it can be easy to prepare! What makes a great bento? Well to give you an idea, perhaps something like this – Vegan low carb, low calorie, ‘zen’ bento. It’s the perfect mix with steamed veggies for fiber, tofu for protein and konnyaku for collagen and other health benefits! The total number of calories is 250. That is also roughly the number you burn when you do a 2.4km run in under 17 minutes!
