Secrets of Preventing and Treating Dry Heels

Okay, I understand that after a long winter in shoes and boots, everyone’s feet look a little scary – pale, pasty and just plain yuck. However, there’s nothing worse than revealing dry, cracked heels and feet in your pretty summer sandals, so read on, and fix the problem before you start scaring people! First things first – you will need to soak those feet. Pour yourself a basin of lukewarm water, and add either a foot treatment product, or a little honey, and then soak your feet for a few minutes every day. This will soften and moisturize your feet – the first step in getting them ready for public viewing. Gently exfoliate your feet, then rinse and dry. Make sure you dry your feet properly, as moisture on feet is a breeding ground for bacteria. Then apply a moisturizer to your feet, and cover your feet with white cotton socks. Within about a week, you should see whole new, pretty feet emerging, ready for exposure.
