I am a fan of Jurlique essential oil, it is just of the best in the market, the quality is of one of the highest and the purity is there. One thing about Eucalyptus is its great antiseptic quality and its ability to clear congested nose and lung. But if you were already coming down with very bad flu, still better to go and see the doctor. It is great at the initate state of flu. As it is all natural, while taking the medication that doctor prescribed, I often use it as a supplement, like putting one or two drops on a piece of tissue or handkerchief and "smell" it, it does help to clear up my congestion faster.
