Lohan fuels plein dating rumours

LINDSAY LOHAN has fuelled rumours she is dating German fashion designer PHILIP PLEIN after they were photographed walking hand-in-hand in Milan, Italy.

The Mean Girls star has signed up as the face of Plein's designs and was spotted taking part in a photoshoot for the brand in Bellagio, Lake Como before the partnership was officially announced during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday (24Sep11). During the press conference, Lohan claimed she met Plein for the first time last Friday (23Sep11), but they appear to have grown close as they were photographed holding hands during a shopping trip this week (beg26Sep11). Lohan was snapped laughing with Plein as they strolled hand-in-hand around the city, while she was also seen taking a ride with him in his Ferrari.
