Bill cosby celebrates birthday with adopted owl

Veteran funnyman BILL COSBY received a bizarre gift on his 75th birthday - actress BETTY WHITE has adopted an owl in his honour.

The comedian reaches the milestone age on Thursday (12Jul12), and to mark the occasion his close pal White has adopted a Eurasian Eagle-Owl at Los Angeles Zoo on Cosby's behalf. The Golden Girls star White says, "Bill and his owl are a perfect match. Not only are they both extremely wise, they're both always such a hoot!"
