Megan fox & brian austin green respond to photographer's suit

Pregnant MEGAN FOX and her husband BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN have filed documents responding to a photographer's lawsuit, in which he accuses the actor of beating him for taking pictures of the couple on vacation.

Delbert Shaw claims the stars hurled threats at him as he snapped them at the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, Hawaii in December, 2010, and then Green went further after the actress asked him, "Are you going to let him get away with that?" - according to court documents. The paparazzo alleges Green knocked him to the ground, hit him and caused severe injures. He also claims Green took his iPhone and tossed it into the ocean. Now the couple has filed its own official version of what went down, categorically denying the snapper's story. In their documents, which have been obtained by Celebuzz.com, the stars maintain they were "forced to defend themselves from Plaintiff," who they insist is "notoriously reputed" to be "a hyper aggressive and physically combative paparazzo" who "has a long history of altercations with his subjects and even his fellow paparazzi". Fox and Green insist Shaw's allegations are "without merit and are premised on a tissue of misrepresentations and half-truths".
