Are you always examining your thighs with a highly critical eye, looking for new dimples, and wondering how
you can make them smoother?
One of the best ways is still the squat. You can do them anywhere too, if you have a little time on your hands, and a little space.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, and then slowly lower yourself to the floor, aiming to get your butt as close to the floor as you can. Then, once you’ve held that position for a second or two, raise yourself up to a standing position again.
If you do a couple of these a day, you should start to see the benefits pretty soon, and remember, if you have trouble with balance, no one said you aren’t allowed to use a chair back to steady yourself!
