Secrets of Saving On Fuel

 

If you’re like most people, you’re probably looking for ways to save money. Your car, no matter how old, or what model it is, can help you to do just that. One thing that’s super simple to help you save fuel is to remove all the unnecessary stuff that clutters up your car. Extra stuff weighs your car down, and makes it heavier. The heavier it is, the more fuel it requires to make it move. Another simple way to make sure that you’re getting the most out of your fuel is to make sure that you are always in the right gear. Driving in 3rd instead of 5th for instance, can cause your car to use up to 25% more fuel than using the right gear.
