Bruce willis wants to make new die hard better than original

BRUCE WILLIS was determined to return to the DIE HARD franchise for a fifth installment because he's "still trying" to make a sequel as good as the original.

The actor kickstarted his career as a big-screen action man playing New York cop John McClane in the 1988 blockbuster, which spawned three follow-ups. Willis has signed up for a fifth outing, and he wants to make the movie better than ever. He tells the BBC, "I'm still trying to do as good a film as the first one. I like playing that character. There'll come a time when I won't be able to do it anymore but while I still can, and I can still run and fall down, roll, run down the street, crash things, it's still fun to do." And the 57-year-old new dad enjoys his stunt work on films, adding: "I still get a big kick out of it. I have a fun job."
