Dappy laughs off police quiz reports

British rapper DAPPY has boasted about his rock star antics after he was allegedly thrown out of a hotel and quizzed by police on the Spanish island of Ibiza.

The N-Dubz star was reportedly asked to leave the upmarket Pikes Hotel following complaints from fellow guests as he enjoyed a wild party with fans in his suite. The musician has now laughed off his behaviour, insisting he was merely playing up to Ibiza's image as a party paradise. Speaking onstage at a gig in Weston-super-Mare, England, on Sunday (01Jul12), he told the crowd, "We are spontaneous. We go out to Ibiza and smash s**t and break s**t. We were in Ibiza to shoot a video and were smashing plates and breaking things. It's life, it's Ibiza. I haven't slept for five days."
