Feeder pull out of scottish festival over frontman's illness

Feeder pull out of scottish festival over frontmans illness
British rockers FEEDER have pulled out of their performance at Scotland's T In The Park on Friday (06Jul12) after frontman GRANT NICHOLAS was struck down with laryngitis.

Nicholas was told by doctors he would "badly damage" his voice if the group went ahead with its planned set, and he has apologised to fans for the last-minute cancellation. He tells music website NME.com, "I'm absolutely gutted to have to pull out of these shows and my sincere apologies go out to all our fans attending. "I have an infection and my doctor has diagnosed me with laryngitis, so performing this weekend is not an option. If I did, I'd badly damage my voice. We'll miss the ever-brilliant Scottish crowd, especially as they're so up for it, but we're now looking forward to coming back to Glasgow for the Generation Freakshow tour in November."
