Gloriana postpones shows after frontman is placed on vocal rest

Country group GLORIANA has been forced to reschedule two upcoming shows in Florida to allow frontman TOM GOSSIN to recover from vocal problems.

The band was scheduled to perform in Cape Coral on Thursday (12Jul12) and Bradenton on Friday (13Jul12), but the dates have been axed as singer Gossin rests up. In a post on the group's Facebook.com page, he writes, "I'm so disappointed about needing to postpone our FL (Florida) shows this week. But I'm under Dr.'s orders. My voice needs some repair from singing so much for all these years! Trying not to end up needing surgery. Hang in there, and I'll see you all for the make-up dates! Love y'all". Gossin isn't the only country singer to fall victim to voice problems this week (begs09Jul12) - Miranda Lambert also axed shows due to similar issues.
