Kanye west and kim kardashian visit children's hospital

KANYE WEST and his girlfriend KIM KARDASHIAN showed off their caring side on Friday (29Jun12) by visiting Los Angeles Children's Hospital.

The couple took time out from its busy schedule to tour the wards, greeting sick youngsters and their families. West and his TV star partner also helped boost the spirits of teenager Alexandrea Vizcarra, who is in the facility as she awaits a bone marrow transplant, according to NBC Los Angeles.
