Sir tom jones' wife undergoing physio after fall

SIR TOM JONES' wife is undergoing physiotherapy after breaking her arm in a fall at their Los Angeles home.

The Delilah legend's partner Linda, who suffers from agoraphobia, tripped over a rug in their hallway and landed on the stone floor - and she is now enduring physical therapy in a bid to build up her strength. Jones reveals the accident reignited the couple's ongoing debate about whether they should move back to Britain. He tells Britain's Daily Mail, "She crushed a bone and had to have a pin inserted and has been getting a lot of physiotherapy. I told her we don't have to stay in this house, but she says: 'I was ready to move 10 years ago when you didn't want to'." The star also opens up about his 55-year marriage to Linda, insisting humour is the key to their successful relationship. He adds, "Love is the main thing, but it is not like the love when you are passionate teenagers. We grew up together, come from the same place, have the same sense of humour. That has a lot to do with it. And we do still have a lot of laughs together. The first thing my wife asks me when I get home is: 'Have you heard any good jokes lately?'"
