Ever noticed how everything starts sagging as you get older? I’m not even talking middle aged here. Even in your twenties, you could begin to see the effects of gravity on the various bits of your body.

The good news is that there are a few easy ways you can get rid of the bye bye arms that seem to curse all women of a certain age. Here’s how.

Try a tricep dip. Sit on the edge of a chair, place your arms on the sides of the chair, and then lower yourself, supporting yourself with your arms. You’ll work your triceps, and this is one you can do at the office if you like!

Try a tricep extension while you watch TV. Lie on your back, with a weight in your hand. Curl your hand, with the weight, to your chest, and use your free hand to support the upper arm of the hand with the weight.

OK. So times are tough. But a girl still needs an arsenal of lotions, potions and creams to make their skin look and feel great, right? Trouble is, high end beauty products are expensive. So here are a few ideas of places to find great, low cost beauty products.

Firstly, if there’s one thing I cannot live without, it’s aqueous cream – you can use it as a moisturizer, face cream, body cream, and even as shaving cream! It costs next to nothing, and most supermarkets stock it. You can even get un-perfumed versions if you have sensitive skin.

Next, to replace all those expensive hair treatments, I like to use regular conditioner. I slather it on my hair, tie it up, clean the house for an hour or two, and then rinse – my hair is soft and smooth, and at hardly any cost!
Last, but certainly not least, try looking at pharmacies and supermarkets for other beauty products – face masks, foot scrubs and even color cosmetics – they always have great choices, at rock bottom prices!
