    i read about this from a wellness webby, it apparently detoxifies ur blood and refreshes ur mind and soul(??)
    anyone does this on a regular basis? i'm intending to try it but i have no idea what brush to use! any rules for that? thanks again!

      Can also get the brush from Watson's But do be aware that such dry brushing really hurts when you try it out initially

          hi coyote. it's just as its name implies. you use a brush and brush your body (starting from your ankles) upwards (towards your heart) to improve circulation. you don't do this in the shower hence" dry".

              You can use a damp loofah too.


              Suppose to improve circulation, probably of the body's lymphatic system, which passes out the toxic substances in bloodstream.


              Some of the natural bristle brushes are pretty gentle on the skin, doesn't really hurt at all ( or I just have a high threshold for pain ). I've tried it before but these also cost more.

                that's interesting! what kind of brushes are we talking about here? brushes like blusher brush but much bigger? or hairbrush type of brush?
