Hey ladies, my FOTDs are nothing special at all since I'm such a make-up newbie! All I can hope for is to learn from all you experts! Okay now, don't freak out- this is me.

the full faced makeover photo was taken right after the make up was done.. but perhaps it wasn't a close up, thats why the colours can't be seen. as for the close up of the eyes, that was taken a few hours after, so i'm guessing that most of it got rubbed off or something. oh! and i actually wiped some of it off.. cause my friends were saying it was too pink! haha.

hmm.. maybe the look was too frosted for me, oh well! but shawn peltier was such a sweet heart! haha, and not pushy at all! so glad.

i've never heard that about my hair before... in fact, my bf says i look older with my hair down and younger with my hair up! then again, what do guys know!

thanks for the compliments.. you girls are not only gorgeous but way too kind with your words!!

lolitapop > yup, it's called golden pink. pretty inexpensive too and it just might be what you're looking for since it has gold shimmers in it!

          zest > aww, thanks dearie!

candeecake > nope, sorry, i don't have one! was actually in quite a rush that evening, so didn't take that many photos. sungloss is a pretty sheer shade of mauvey pink. it's actually quite a neutral colour which gives just a hint of shimmer on my lids. bombshell is a medium shimmery pink shade. i layered this over sungloss and applied it more intensely at the outer corners of my lids, blending it outwards slightly. yep!

            shades of purple

Updated: Trying out my KP #149 and MAC kohls in Heirloom and Ola Viola. The colours don't come out as vibrant though. And Fraise looks more glossy IRL!

beautiful picture! Heirloom came out very strongly but the rest is very subtle and muted. try applying with a heavier hand? esp for KP regular trios.

xue - actually i feel that the colours look quite dark IRL, but they don't turn up in photos. and try as i might, i can't seem to get the different shades of purple to show! it just comes out as one ashy shade. eeps. :\

guess i'll try again sometime soon.
and thanks all for the kind comments.
