Remembered that teiko asked me for the list of supplements that Jason wrote to me for beautiful skin. Here's the list and they can be found at GNC.

    1) SOD 2000
    2) RNA & DNA 125
    3) Alpha Lipoic Acid

    2 tablets each before bedtime.

I have not checked them out yet and have no idea what exactly are they or how they look like. So anyone who has additional info, pls post them up. Thanks

    hi satinchris

i bought this supplement called "mega antioxidant" from GNC recently. was recommended by a sales assistant from TNS. supposed to help fight the bad oxidants in your blood and give you good skin. it contains SOD and alpha lipoic acid and vit A, C and E, seleum (sp?) and zinc i think. costs me about $48 after discount (Amex holders have 20% discount)

i have been taking one capsule every night for the past few nights only. don't really know whether it will work.

I've been taking these supplements for 1 month now:

      Here what they do:

      1) SOD 2000- It's a super antioxidant that promote collagen production in our bodies

      2) RNA & DNA 125- Promotes healthy cells development

      3) Alpha Lipoic Acid - Regulate sugar levels in our blood.

              Thanks gals.
              Please keep the reviews coming.

Jewel, your being less tired these days could be due to Alpha Lipoic Acid. If I'm not wrong, higher blood sugar levels make us more lethargic.

Jason actually told me that his skin improved after 2 weeks of taking those supplements and it has already been a year or so.

Bedtime is the best time to utilise all these 'nutrients' since it is when you are sleeping that your body is rebuilding itself.

Jewel: $59 is before or after the discount???
