  • Mesotherapy

Saw this in Trinity clinic- clinical procedure supposed to be a cocktail of Vit C serum injected just under the skin, and then massaged, to reduce cellulite and tone problem areas.

    I googled and found these info- http://www.mesobeauty.com/ , http://abcnews.go.com/sections/2020/...apy030808.html , http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/...otherapy_x.htm

Anyone tried it themselves/ or their friends, family? Results? Painful (seeing it's INJECTIONS)?

Do you have any idea how much Trinity is charging for it? Another cotter went for it at a clinic at Holland V and it was $500/session. I'm waiting for updates from her.

I've asked Solane clinic at Raffles Place and they charge $400/session, $2000 if you get 6 sessions from there. Another doc in Balestier charges $600/session with a massage(at another place) thrown in.

Anyone tried it with good results? Mine is ok only. Works well for arms though. Suspect my fat tighs and bum is too much!! Mine is really cheap. $200/session and every 4 sessions you get one free.

            Mesotherapy for cellulite treatments

Went to Drx clinic for consultation, asking abt mesotherapy for cellulite. Thinks he is not very convicing and he did too much advertising on his clinic. It seems more like a beauty center rather than a specialist center. A more professional place would be Dr Lim's clinic in Takashimaya at level 7( there's a Raffles clinic at that level too) and he charges $20 for his consultation. He's is
really a qualified specialist in this field though.
Anybody out there tried mesotherapy b4? Thanks.

hi superBum. welcome to CC. i've merged your thread with the existing Mesotherapy one. in future, please remember to do a "search" before posting a new topic as it's quite likely that there may already be an existing thread.

              thank you.

where is the clinic? After how many sessions then u see results? Do I need to pay the cost in full payment or credit card installments? Do they perform carbonxytherapy for cellulite? Drx charge me $1050 for ten sessions, 1 session is actually $150.

Since like this thread is not very active. Maybe u should go to www.singaporebrides.com. U will find much more people talking about this and some of them actually tried before so is best to hear from them.

dermatologists and plastic surgeons have not come to a concensus about mesotherapy and whether it actually works altho' i do know a plastic surgeon who uses it for face rejuvenation

mesotherapy's use as a cellulite treatment seems to be less popular i think. for cellulite treatment, the specialists i know all seem to recommand endomologie, a french machine that works on your problem areas and which is seen as a real alternative to liposuction (for less serious cases i suppose)

Hi, Ii'm reviving this thread again.

I was very interested in this mesotherapy thing as i wanted to lose some fats from my tummy and arms. after getting some contacts, i finally went to see this neighbourhood doctor who does this treatment together with my friend. However due to budget contraints and other reasons, i decided not to do it but my friend decided to go ahead and do it.

She decided to do her arms 1st as this is the area that bothers her alot. After the first session, she lost abt 1 cm from her arm. it was not alot but the doctor was not expecting any results as the session was more to test if you are suitable for mesotherapy. So this is a pleasant surprise for her n the doctor.

She recently went for her 2nd treatment and the doctor increase the dosage for it to be more effective. as it's only a few days into her sencond treatment, we are still waiting to see if there are any results or not.

The doctor is really very patient and gentle as we spent almost an hour in there discussing abt mesotherapy. Although his other patients look like they almost wanna kill the both of us when we got out of his office. The price that he quote us is very resonable compared to some orchard clinics that i checked out. Overall both my friend and i are very statisfied with his level of services.

check out this october issue of female magazine. i just read that there is new technology on meso that needs no needles, i.e. no injection. i don't know about its effectiveness but those interested can read more from there as there is one or two testimonies published.
