  • Plumped-up skin

    Hi cotters,

Is there any skincare products i can use in my daily regime to enhance skin and pumps it up ? I am not sure if this sounds weird but a recent facial trip to Amore Day Spa leave me with lovely pumped-up skin which looks so supple and full. They use this range of products called Collin. Never heard of it before but it feels so good on my skin.

Anyway, wanna ask if i can get this brand anywhere outside( it's supposed to be salon-exclusive according to my facialist) or is there any product i can use to achieve this pumped-up effects! I really love it but i can't have a facial once every week (That's about how long the effect last i think).

I heard that collagen works. Which products should i try? Ideas please!

You mean soft and supple skin?

I dont know how the pumped-up- skin looks like. But I love The Face Shop Cavier Rose sheet mask, I just did it last night, and left on for 15 mins and went on to apply other skincare product w.o rinsing it off. ANd this morning, I woke up with soft soft skin. Impressed. Anyway, Cavier is supposed to be softening.

I think supple might be the word..

Thanks for your recommendation but i 'm looking for maybe a cream or lotion. I am just too plain to do masks all the time l.a.h.

i believe plumped/pumped skin is skin that have abundant moisture!

For me, I like Laneige Water Sleeping Pack for that. You can use it daily if you want. It's a hydrating gel mask. You apply it on your face AFTER all skincare about 15 mins before you sleep. Then you wake up and wash it off!

Some people have reservations abt it as it contains alcohol and fragrance.... but it's working well for me. So do give it a try if you like!

i tried laneign WSP too, but it's not as good as TFS Cavier. For cream, I think Cle De Peau cream not bad, but might be too rich for everyday use. Do consider.

huili, how muchie The Face Shop Cavier Rose sheet mask? I dropped by yesterday, so many different types of masks, there's the grapefruit, rice, lavender etc etc... so confused. Wonder which is the one out there that delivers the results.

Apply the mask for the whole night and wash off after you woke up? Won't it dry up on the face?

for youthful skin, i find Biotherm Elastic Lotion & Kose Cellgenic are good as toners. Can feel their effect immediately esp for Bio's.

I find most brands are for older skin. takes awhile to see effect.

Apply the WSP to bed? Would it stain my pillow and bed ?

What i meant was that after the facial, my skin became tighter, and looked more pumped and hence appears smoother and so much younger. But alas the effect last for about 1 week.

I wonder if using a night cream religiously will help? Darphin Arovita C ?

Instruction says apply 3mins b4 going to bed, but i apply after bath. Apply thinly will not stain yr pillow.

But the effect dying on me after just 3/4 jar.

Darphin is now avail at Bugis Seiyu??

U could try SKII's Facial treatment repair C? So far, only this 'plumps' up my skin, can be used under the eyes too

Another one i tried is Biotherm's D Stress Night lotion (blue bottle). This takes a longer time for the effect to show but pricewise, it's easier on my pocket

Vel: Cavier is a sheet mask, not those in tube one. In green packaging.

There are Cavier, Collagen, Ceramide, Red Ginseng and even Mushroom mask. For the first 3, they came in different scents, Rose, Eucalyptus and Lemon. Got it?

                        Cavier- softening
                        Collagen - matured skin
                        Ceramide - moisturise/hydrate

How much is the Facal Treatment Repair C ?

I am currently using very simple skincare. Only Kose Sekkisei Lotion on my face. Sometimes i apply the Sekkisei moisturiser but not nightly.

Is the Facial Treatment Repair C the miracle water?

Heard so much about SKII : some said it's their holy grail some claims it's not suitable for sensitive skin. For me? I am hesistant to try for fear of being hooked onto an expensive brand.

Collin - anyone heard of this brand?

As mentioned in one of the thread, I had a very nice experience with this skincare brand when i went for a facial at Amore Day Spa.

The beautician told me that this is a salon exclusive brand but i'm wondering if i can get this brand somewhere else :p

I lovelovelove to use FANCL's rhythm up pack/vitalize up pack once a week. It boosts my skin - makes it very radiant and moisturized, and yes..SUPPLE indeed.. and lightens acne scars for me as well. Love it love it!
