i want to rave about Mavala Eyelite Waterproof Mascara as it did a good job in lengthening and volumising my lashes, and it doesn't flake or smudge. plus my lashes looked longer and healthier now. only gripe is that it takes a little more time to dry.

prettyeagle: your raves seem similar to what i like! heart ZA cutie curl volume, lash architect and turbo boost, esp turbo boost.. my HG.. am just trying out max factor 2000 calorie.. but do you find that max factor is quite dry? dunno if it's just my tube or what..

i also refuse to get mascaras that are above $30.. y spend so much where there are alot more alternatives that give you similar or even better results?

junzystar: Ah yes.. Max Factor is good but tends to be dry for me too. I used to Turbo Boost but it smudges quite badly even for the waterproof version. But it cleans off easily which I like.

I bought ZA's cutie curl volume recently at $10 only since it's celebrating it's 10th anniversary now at watsons! I must say it's ! Now, other than mm's lash expander, this is another which can really lengthen and give the curled eye lashes look, yet at an affordable price tag! Those who have been eyeing it..quick get it now while it's only $10!

yes! turbo boost waterproof is smudging on me.. don't know whether the non waterproof one might be better?? surprisingly max factor non waterproof stayed on the whole day without smudging..

i like glamourous fur, it can be clumpy but i've solved that problem by first applying my eyelash essence. i've also experimented by first applying KATE dolly lash, then applying glamourous fur at the ends.... good extension results

Does it smudge?

TLC: ZA Cutie Curl Volume doesn't smudge and it is waterproof. There is some effort involved in removing it even with Fancl MCO/L'Oreal DCO.

I like Covergirl's Lash Exact! It comes in this wand with a plastic brush and separates and lifts my lashes really nicely!

is the texture of the mascara the wet or dry type?
