Saw in this month's Allure mag Philosophy's Falling In Love Clitoral Stimulating Gel. Sounds deliciously naughty, but what the heck is it supposed to do and what are we supposed to feel after slathering it on our uhm...little nub?
I read somewhere sometime ago that such products helps a woman achieve orgasm easier by further sensitizing the clit. The pros are obvious, but some women find it hard to hit climax on their own w/o the help of such aids after being reliant on it for a while. Hmm...I think its still better to reach the destination the natural way. I;ve always had the impression such products are more suitable for older folks who are still sexually active, eg, the women uses this, the men uses viagra.
i can't see it on the www.drugstore.com website either. I suppose it works on the principle of making the area more sensitive, hence heightened sensitivity, therefore helping women to be able to reach an orgasm faster? No harm trying in my opinion. Afterall, what's life without a bit of spice?
I don't think it's like Viagra though. Probably just more like a stimulation enhancer. more for pleasure than performancec? Hiaks! But if one can receive heightened pleasure and its external application anyway, why not?
Cate/Jemay, I'm sure if you do an online search on this topic, you'll find looaaaadsa stuff! No lacking of materials there!
For those who are interested in similar gels/creams, I'v e seen some selling in our local sex shops before. They're of other brands, not philisophy. But I think they could be just as good. If you're anywhere in town, no harm popping by.
