so far who has try the diy milk powder body masks? is there any whitening effect? How to choose which brand of milk powder or any milk powder can use? put how many spoons for milk powder?

milk powder mix with water to form a paste and apply all over body after showering.leave on for 10-15 mins and rinse off.

does it mean i cannot move when i'm doing this body mask?
and how much powder is enough to create this paste? a lot?

actually i'd tried TBS spa wisdom body mask. its gd n aft u rinse off ur skin is really smooth. love it alot!
