If it gets worse as time goes by, you will have to go for an operation. One of my ex schoolmate has very serious odour problem, to the extend that people will shun away from her. After she has gone thru with the operation, it's much more better now.

If it's not serious, try using anti-perspirant first, you can easily get them from Watsons or Guardian.

Just fyi, armpit odour is caused by excessive sweating (Hyperhidrosis) and bacteria -

"Hyperhidrosis affects one in five Asians, and one in twenty five Caucasians. It commonly starts during childhood or adolescence and is a life-long condition. The problem is aggravated by hot and humid climates, as well as stress."

              There's 2 forms of treatment - 1) keyhole surgery and 2) BOTOX

Keyhole surgery (or Needlescopic Transthoracic Sympathetomy), is a minimally invasive keyhole procedure that cuts the nerves to the sweat glands. This painless procedure under general anaesthesia involves making small holes (5 to 10 mm) near the armpits to minimise scarring, and requires only a day’s stay in hospital. Depending on the areas to be covered, the operation only takes between 20 and 45 minutes.

The second treatment - Injecting of BOTOX - to block the nerves that trigger the sweat glands. Taking less than an hour, this is done as an outpatient procedure. Patients will only feel weakness in the treated parts for a few hours, and each treatment lasts for about six months.

Hope it's helpful for you =)

According to nu ren wo zui da and my personal experience for a cheaper solution. Use powdery+dry+spray type of deodorant body spray, like Rexona Dryness Challenge 2 - Elva Hsiao - YouTube. And need to drink more water to flush out the toxic buildup in body too.

                  hi there,

The best way to prevent body odour is to wash away sweat and bacteria. Clean the underarm and groin area with water and soap, preferably with antibacterial or deodorant soap, for at least once a day and more often, if necessary.Always wear clean clothing, socks and underwear every day.If you sweat a lot, wear clothing made of cotton, linen or other natural material, which helps in absorbing sweat while facilitating airflow. We believe if we swet a lot we must use the maximum of the deodarants or anti-perspirants but in fact its not so...........Use alum instead of antiperspirants. Frequent use of antiperspirants can clog sweat glands.

After your bath, add a tablespoon of honey to tepid water for the final rinse. This will help keep body odour in check. To prevent body odour, drink a glass of water in the morning, in an empty stomach, along with 500 mg wheat grass. But still your problem of body odour is not solved than carry baking soda with you to help neutralise the odour on contact. A small packet of baking soda can be applied to the underarm area to help absorb offensive perspiration.Sprinkle a little under your arms or mix with a little cornstarch for even more sweat-absorbing action. The chlorophyll present in the grass will help in reducing body odour.

bathe regularly... deodorant! never spray perfume to cover your BO up because it will only get worse.

Deodorant works very well. But some are too strong for sensitive skin. So you got to try afew brands to see which works best for yourself.
