I love to apply lotus sun-scream lotion on my body in summers. It protects me from skin tanning.

There are few things you can do when practicing safe-sun. For starters, lather on some sunscreen and ensure you continue to apply it throughout the day, especially if you go in water. Other tips are wearing light clothing which will help your skin breathe, keep you cool and even protect you from the rays of the sun. Lastly, don’t forget your head and your eyes; wearing a hat and sunglasses is also essential for heading out in the sun. But is that all we can do to protect ourselves? Not quite…
In fact, our diet can play a large role in protecting us from the sun as well. The foods we enjoy can work in ways that protect the skin from its harmful rays.
So if you’re looking for added sun protection, look no further than these nine foods
The sun can provide us with vitamin D, but it can also leave us with a burn. These 9 foods can help protect the skin from the sun.

Recently Loreal has this new Sunblock spray? Wonder how good is it. I am currently using Dior's Sunblock + Laneige UV powder. Works for my skin and this weather.

Hi Chiaberry, need yr advice but not sure if similar qns had been asked before.
I have been using LRP's Uvidea Tinted SS since yr recommendation a 2-3 yrs back & have been using still.
But with the availability of new products like CC cream with SPF as high as 50++, does that means I can skip the LRP ss?
Which means routine is like CC cream > Foundation with SPF > Loose power?
I'm still quite confused if a Cushion foundation or CC cream have SPF 50++, can the SS be skipped?
    Yr advice pls.
    Thanks v much!

Difficult to know. I have not tried any of those. Try the Shiseido Perfect first as it has PA++++ (on the link).
