Anyone knows where I can get cheap tiaras that cost less than $10 a piece? I know Chamelon sells tiaras but they are still out of my budget. Please help!

YEah, do check out Aries. It's a great place for bargain hunters.
AT RAffles Place MRT, Orchard MRT (in Popular bookshop) and below Jurong East MRT.
That's all i can remember.
Or try those wholesale shop along South Bridge Road, behind Boat Quay, near Circular Road.Comment
