Maybe you can try shops at FEP or the Heeren.
Both places have quite a number of shops selling corsages.
Or yahoo auctions.

I found a tutorial for making flower hairclips.
However, you can subtitute the clips with pins for your corsage.
Relatively easy to make & the items required can be easily found at Spotlight.
