DFS at Scotts has a counter on L1, facing Scotts Road.

They do carry some bags, hope u can find your tote there.

The DFS @ Scotts one does sell bags (check the bag stand near the main road side, away from their SA counter), tops, bottoms, pluch toys & some other common items. Happy Jim'ing Hope u find yr dream bag

IIRC, Jim Thompson can be found in DFS Scotts like what vernis mentioned, Taka 2nd level near the customer service counter and Raffles Hotel.

I am not sure about the pricing in Singapore and in Bangkok.
But think it should be cheaper in Bangkok.
