How about baker's Inn? The last time i was there, i see that they had quite a variety of Mousse Cakes.
Not sure of the contact numbers, but there's 1 outlet at newly opened Paragon extension.

Cake Royale or Chocolate Royale from Four Season's Hotel. 1.5kg for $65 or $75 - can't really remember.

The Pattisier at ann siang road is pretty good but i find it abit expensive...the price is comparable to hotel prices...around $63 per kg..
but the cake decoration is really nice...its like those french cakes..anyway its made by French bakers...
..'
My sister says its cheese cakes are very good also...

try chopinette, they have this cake with three layers of chocolate mousse and a very thin layer of sponge cake at the bottom.
