Riding onto this thread... May I know where do your get fresh oysters from? Address? Any method of preparing / cooking? Thanks!
the best method to eat oysters is to eat them all natural with a bit of lemon juice
personally i like it raw but SO doesnt so i do it the kilpatrick way
u need:
worshire sauce, or lea perrins sauce
bacon (cut into little bits) - fry them
lemon juice
place cooked bacon on top of oysters in shell
put in abit of worshire sauce or lea perrins on oysters (more or less, the choice is urs)
place them onto trays
preheat oven for 10 mins, 180 deg
dump the oysters into oven for 5 - 10 mins
For oyster lovers, I saw loads of fresh, raw in-their-shell oysters today at Carrefour (suntec city) going at good prices, go grab some to try out natnatviv's recipes.

Sound yummy!!! Too bad my SO is not a big fan of oysters, and with him ard, I can't eat more than 5 oysters
Another way of preparing is cheese bacon oyster, I ate once at Australia. I think you just put a piece of cheese and tiny piece of bacon on top of the oyster, and baked.
Hyatt Hotel serves fresh oysters too!! I don't quite remember the details.... I think just order the main course, the rest are buffet style. Eat all you can oysters!!
