    breakfast: 3 egg whites, 1 peanut butter bread w/ coffee
    lunch: roast pork and char siew rice
    snack: pear, 1 packet of milk
    dinner: veggies and dumpling soup

      breakfast: oatmeal w/ coffee
      lunch: steam fish and 1 packet of milk
      snack: 1 banana
      later snack: 1 sharon fruit
      dinner: boiled chicken breast meat, broccoli and 1 piece of braised pig trotter

        beehoon with pig trotters, curry puff and fruitylite extra for lunch.

        sinful lunch but it was all worth it!

          yesterday:

          breakfast: 1 peanut butter bread, 2 egg whites w/ coffee
          lunch: steam fish
          snack: 1 banana
          dinner: boiled carrot and chicken breast meat

          today:

          breakfast: oatmeal w/ coffee
          lunch: steam fish, 1 banana and small packet of milk
          snack: 1 peanut butter bread w/ organic soy milk
          dinner: boiled chicken breast meat and carrot

                20 piece nuggets + sundae + ock chicken wing.

                drinking frutiylite extra now. so bloated and yet i'm craving for some food! :X
