Try squash for value-for-money course aimed to introduce squash to teens during their March holidays. All equipment (balls, rackets, court) will be provided, so just come in comfortable sports attire and be ready for a good workout!

Over 3 days, you will learn the foundations of forehands, backhands and avoiding underhanded moves in the intense game of squash. This hands-on session comprises of heart-pounding cardio moves, skill-building exercises, and technique practice.

Your coach, Lawrence, is a certified NROC Squash Coach (National Registered of Coaches). He has the theoretical, technical and first aid expertise to teach you in an effective and safe manner.
