i read somewhere that some foods like blueberries are very good for health so should eat more? what other foods should we eat to stay healthy?? hopefully they taste good too "rabbit food" is grosss eeeeekkk

If you're looking to lose weight, i heard from a friend that if you know which body type you are, eating accordingly can help u shed faster!
but if you just wanna eat right, here is something that this might help
healthy foods are great but too much of a good thing can be bad!

Excellent idea, for me fresh fruits and green veggies are truly amazing foods for health and wellness. They help in losing weight and enhancing fitness level. Blueberries, peaches, apple, grapes are best foods for health.
