It's a school that offers courses such as hospitality, management, culinary, patisserie, etc.

Originally from France, but they also have schools in Australia, London, Japan, Korea, Canada and many parts of USA. Quite a recognized culinary and patisserie school from what I have been reading. Like Harvard's standard maybe.. for culinary and patisserie courses.
