I need to get some photocopies of doucment to be certified, would anyone know where I can get this done?

yep you'll have to go to a Notary Public to do so, it costs about $40-$70 per document. Law firms have this service, there are a few other Notary pulics (non lawyers) who can do this too, you'll need to search the directory for one that is convenient for you.
For university certs and transcripts, your university should be able to provide certified copies to you FOC. For other documents, it may be possible to avoid the services of a notary public. Ask if certification from your employer/school/agent/etc. is sufficient for the purpose?
