I'm not so sure actually, but I hope it's not a scam! Then at least I feel safe and happy about the 25USD. But yeah, 25USD is really quite unbelievable. I mean, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. And since it's a free thing, how would Greenzap gain?

I'm not sure how PayPal gains either - a user who signs up for a personal account does not have to pay a cent for using PayPal serviecs too.

Paypal takes a percentage from the sellers for every transaction and Paypal's exchange rate has quite a decent buffer on top of the bank exchange rates. As a longtime Ebay seller, I assure you they must be doing really well!
