I love my VAX Wizzard. It's a wet/dry vacuum cum carpet cleaner cum wet mop.. It's water filtration system (instaed of dustbag) so you can see how dirty the floor is, and you don't have to handle disgusting dustbags!

Beside the VAX Wizzard ( how much does it cost by the way?). what other brands/model of vacuum cleaner is recommended?

I am looking for something not too expensive and so the OSIM range is way off my budget.

I'm using Philips Impact Plus 1500Watts .. this is very common and selling everywhere, bestdenki, courts, etc .. it comes in many different colours .. about $159 cant exactly remember .. mine is in orange .. cheap and not too bad .. basic, with adjustable power suction. Have been a user for the 6th year. bought one for my mum & also a cousin & a friend during their housewarming. so far, no problem

I am all for Karcher brand -- they are originally meant for industrial use but they also have extended to home range.
