    oh ur bdae is just round the corner mine was like *** wait for the following yr then im 21. LOL.
    but anyway i think i *** nothing about the property line and i did super badly for the interview

            Jean, I think far east do employ pple under 21 years old. But u have to be 21 in order to sign option to purchase. I also know nothing about property when I went for interview..maybe because my fren referred me, so I got in without hassle. If you're really keen, I can help u ask my manager. When will u be reaching 21 yrs old?

                  Yes u will be stationed in showroom...6 days a week. Weekends+PH must work. Commission depends on the property that you are selling...if newly launched project and easy to sell, comm will be lower. We mainly sell condos and office space @ Far East. Sales execs by right can only do sales la...by left is another thing. haha I think the pay is rather okie what.

                  Here's the breakdown for the pay. Basic is $1K. You are given $300 transport allowances.(Not reimbursement) For each Sat/Sun u work, u will be paid allowance $50/day. If there are 8 weekends a month, u will get extra $400. Total is already $1700. We are allowed to claim up to $100 for handphone bills too.

                  Our commission is indeed lower than what freelance agents will get. Because Far East is paying u basic+allowances. But if u're a freelance property agent, u have to cough up your own advertising fees first and must be self-sufficient for at least 6 mths. Far East will do the advertising instead and will also organise events for u to know more prospects. It's a good stepping stone for those keen in real estate.

                      i'm staying in the east so this will be my preferred location...i also have a friend from far east doing show flat, asking me to intro if i have clients wanting to buy any FE condo..haha..

                      do you have any FE condos for rental? rental easier to get clients than sale...

                              To eling: I have just finish the basic course of 18 lessons from Propnex. From the starts of the course till now is about 4 months.... Till now close quite a number of rentals but then still no exclusive A handful of buyers now.... Looking for woodlands.... u got any deals at woodlands?

                              Am looking for units 5-room woodland adiramlty Mrt area from 640 series till 684 .....

                                vienne how long is the basic 18 lessons? is it you are only able to do transactions after you complete the lessons or both can be done concurrently? if i have a dip in real estate mgt, do i still need to attend the lessons? TIA!
