Try Daiso at IMM for $2 each.
Or Popular bookstores, Precious Moments, Hallmarks kind of gift shops will have nice and cute ones but more costly.

Daiso at IMM would be the best bet i think... It has a wide collection with ready printed boxes.. There are also those brown plain boxes which you can buy to paint or wrap yourself i.e to make your personal touch..

            Bugis Junction!
I forget to shop name. Next to shubuya (something like that) shop.
            I think it's level 3.
            Nice gift boxes.

Happened to bump into this shop when getting gift wrapper.
You can get gift cards from there too.

            HTHs.
