There's this cafe meant for dogs and dog owner in East Coast Park. I heard that they even have this private room to celebrate your dog's birthday too! Went to their website once( forgotten already ) and wow the the layout of the food and cookies looks delicious

US dog bakery is a cafe selling dog goodies but no seats or any place for you to sit down with your dog, or dogs for that matter.

Urban Pooch is great though! It serves both doggie food and human food. Seats for humans and a play area for the dogs.

Oh, I just called up US doggie bakery to confirm there's indeed a small room just enough to cater for 5 or 6 person in case any of you here want to bring your dogs down and found out that I gave the wrong infomation

theres a cafe called Happy Daze at Serangoon Garden that allows dogs.
serve dog food but not sure if they still do it nowadays.

You can hang out there when your dog goes for a grooming session at a nearby pet shop or to visit the vet. Otherwise just hang out there with your dog for drinks and food! Dun think they serve dog food though.
