Shoppingqueenie, there are certainly blow up dolls in the market but it just have to depend on your budget as they can be very expensive. For your case, would suggest you get a fun kind of blow up which means they are blow up including the head area and not those structured head part. Those are much much cheaper and also, ideal as a gift. Somewhere about $100.
