I got all my decors for my girl's first birthday party from Party-With-Us at Centrepoint. There's another outlet at Holland V too. They have everything matching, from balloons to streamers and those Happy Birthday signs.

My girl just turned 1 last sunday and her cake was from Li Sher. She did a wonderful job! Nice design and the cake is very yummy!

You can ask her to customise the characters on the cake which I did for my girl. http://www.hotfuchsia.com/bakes_figurine_cakes.html

the cakes from hot fuchsia look really good, really like the 3d castle one from ecreative... but the prices are rather steep. think my hubby will kill me

really like the ones from the patissier though.. but i'm sure it's way out of reach... sigh

                        Party Decoration Items

Hi Medusa...From my past experience I used to go to The Concourse 2nd level, Beach Rd to buy these decoration items and party goodies. They sell many party decorations items, have very nice children Helium Balloons, Goodie Bags, Disposal paper plates, cups etc. All were very nice... price is quite reasonable. They are several shops on the same level so if you have the time try to shop first then decide which shop to buy from. I think it may be cheaper than those selling in the shopping malls. They've got a free shuttle bus service outside city hall every 20mins. Check it out if you have the time. Happy Shopping

Go for The Patissier you wouldn't regret it. Most of the cakes are mouse rather then sponge which I prefer lotsa their cakes have liquer in it too so you got to take note. My daughter takes them just the same.
