    u need:
minced meat (chicken, pork or beef)
    corn flour
    lea perrins sauce
    crushed pepper
    mixed herbs (optional)
    salt
    sugar
    onions (diced) - 1

mix the corn flour and mixed herbs into the mince
mix throughly and add in onions
add in lea perrins sauce (depends on how much mince u have), crushed pepper, salt and sugar

mix them up and leave in fridge for about 30 mins to 1 hr to let the mince absorb the sauce

roll the mince into small balls (u decide the size) and then pan fry it before putting into the spagetti

        too much kills the taste

Viv, you have recipes for everything! I have a Mini Meatballs pasta sauce sitting in my bridge. That's the best I can do. Even if I do create my own balls, I'll use only cornflour and soy sauce to marinade the minced meat in. Incidentally, these 2, plus Woh Hup Oyster Sauce, are the main things my ma use in basically ALL meats, esp pork. You can tell both of us *gasak our way thru the kitchen

*no fixed fashion of doing things

            nah glossie
me just cook too much i think
i have to think of ways to make my cooking seems more "colourful"
i get bored easily so usually i play around with new recipes

actually soy sauce spoils the taste in mince i think
oyster sauce? hee, i sometimes add this in the pasta

oh well, dont forget singapore has too many nice foods
so u dont really need to cook at home!

yea what the ela perrins sauce? Will it be easily available in sg?

Ah i'm craving for meat balls now!!

Oh ya, so i suppose we can use the usual tomato based pasta sauce as the meatball sauce? Or is there a different sauce?

lea perrins is a kind of seasoning sauce, should be available supermarkets in sg

u can use them in steaks as well
hee whatever sauce u want to use is entirely up to u
sometimes when i am lazy i use the pasta sauce readily available in the supermarkets.
