balsamic vinegar works well with lambs

    a simple sauce i made

    balsamic vinegar
    abit of honey
    olive oil
    garlic
    worshire sauce

    Method
    - Heat pan, add in olive oil, and panfry garlic
    - throw in 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar and honey +worshire sauce
    - abit of honey to add in some sweetness

    pour over lamb chops, racks

The lamb chops at Lawry's is fantastic. But it costs $48 there, and i feel that perhaps the prime ribs would be more worth it in this case.

Is Salut at Tanjong Pagar still around? I seem to recall reading that they've closed. they had really great lamb chops! perhaps you can try Au Petit Salut at Chip Bee Gardens! it's good there too.

Yep it's no more. Is the Au Petit Salut under the original Salut?

Yo cherie! Muddy Murphys not a restaurant! It's an Irish pub situated at orchard hotel basement arcade, but the lamp chops they served as sides are yummy!

I just had botak jones lamb chop last night! So delicious! I feel like eating it again tonight. The portion was so small. Not enough for me to eat. Think i will order their biggest portion tonight, 300grams. The chicken sausage is fantastic too! But their prices is quite expensive. I'm drooling now......
