In Taka B2, outside the supermarket there are a few small makeshift counters selling this some time ago.

Basically, I find all of them quite similiar but the better quality ones will probably cost you around $1 for 1 satchet of 1gram. The brand I bought is japanese and I paid around $40 for 40 packets I like the gen mai cha this is green tea mixed with roasted rice grains

Pardon me but you are drinking it, right?

Teiko, the one you're drinking sounds promising. May I know where you bought this from?

I got it at Taka basement 2 some time ago. But I do not know if they still have it. If not you can try your luck when they have japan fair around. If you are not sure if you like them, ask the SA to let you sample some first before you buy They would normally make up some beforehand for sampling. HTH

Try Genki sushi green tea powder. it costs $9.90 (excl.GST).
Its really nice. u just need to put in two stirer size spoons and it is quite thick.

You can also try Fancl's green tea powder. IIRC, they are selling it for $57 for 90 packs??
